Studio Rules and Agreement

Studio Rules

• 50% due at time of booking. All remaining fees due on rental day. Card will be held on file and remainder will be charged at the completion of the rental period.

• Rental time begins promptly at the requested start time and ends promptly at the requested ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late.

• Rental time includes setup, tear down, and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time. Please be mindful of this when booking.

• $40 charged for every 15 minutes past scheduled end time.

• Please leave the studio in the same condition as when you arrived. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, a $100 cleaning fee may be applied.

• Please pick up any garbage and place in supplied trash cans. Studio representative will remove trash bags from trash cans.

• A $50 damage fee will be assessed for any and all marks or stains on furniture or makeup station, excessive wear, and broken items or furniture. Renter agrees to pay any additional repair costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition.

Studio Guidelines

• No smoking is allowed in the studio. Any projects involving smoke must have prior consent. Failure to request prior consent may incur additional fees.

• No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

• No pets allowed without prior consent. Failure to request prior consent may incur additional fees.

• All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, feathers, food products, etc.) require prior approval and may be subject to additional clean up fees.

• Maximum occupancy is 40 people.

• Parking is to be kept at a maximum of 20 vehicles.

• Please turn off all lights and leave thermostat at 79 degrees.

• Return furniture to its proper location.

Studio Equipment

• Photo lights (4 Paul C Buff Einstein Probes with modifiers) are available upon request, at no additional cost.

• Renter is responsible for set up and breakdown of photo lights equipment.

• Cyclorama wall will be in as-in condition. A fresh coat of paint can be applied for $200 if requested and added on at the time of booking.

• 10 C-stands with arms and sandbags are available for use, as well as 2 Matthew’s Mombo Combos, and a Proam 36” video production cart.

• Renter is responsible for proper use of provided equipment and may be subject to replacement fees if broken.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within seven days of scheduled rental will result in a mandatory charge of 25% of full rental fee, using card information on file.

  Cancellations made within three days of scheduled rental will result in a mandatory charge of 50% of full rental fee, using card information on file.

  Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled rental will result in a mandatory charge of full rental fee, using card information on file.

  If the company must cancel the renter’s reservation, the renter will be given, in company’s sole discretion, either rescheduling priority or full refund. Company is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather or other emergencies.

  Reschedules

  If cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the booking date/time, cancellation fees may be waived by company, at company’s discretion, if the session is rebooked within five working days and the company studio calendar can accommodate the new shoot date and time. Once rebooked, the deposit then becomes non-refundable. There is no rescheduling fee with at least 48-hour notice. A rescheduling fee will apply if notice is less then 48-hours. Reschedule fee is 1⁄2 the deposit amount and will be added to final balance.

• Company is not liable for acts out of its control that affect the shoot, such as building equipment failures, power outages, weather, outdoor noise or other emergencies.
